September Update

School is back and it’s the start of a new term full of so many exciting new things.  Kids Klub will up and running again and we will be starting a new preaching series in Galatians – details to follow.   We are still seeing visitors and first time guests nearly every Sunday and hope to do so for many years to come.  We want to, each one of us, continue playing our part in welcoming new people, by making every effort to talk to them and make them feel at home.

Do make it a priority to come along to Hope Church on Sunday 18^th September – Vision Sunday.  This will be a special Sunday looking at the vision of Hope Church and all that God has called us to as a Church.  The Bible tells us that ‘where there is no vision the people perish….’.  God has given us a clear vision as a Church and spoken prophetically about all that we are called to do as a community of God’s people.  Do come and be inspired and hear about exciting developments and goals for the future.  Each of you has a part to play in God’s mission.

On Tuesday 27^th September we are going to start an Alpha course which is an opportunity to invite friends to come and find out about Christianity.  There will be invites to give to friends and family.  Do pray about who you can invite.  The best thing to do, if possible, is to come along with your friend who is interested and make sure they get there!

I thank God for each of you – the way you serve and bring so much to the Church.

You are all wonderful gifts from God.
